Ordering by Phone: Just give us a call anytime during our regular operating hours at 706-638-5936. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We also ship C.O.D. on request. Georgia residents add 6% state sales tax.

Shipping Charges: 10% shipping charges on all orders placed online. Phone orders will be charged shipping according to the number and weight of the package. An extra $7.50 will be added for C.O.D. orders. Georgia residents add 6% state sales tax.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to change prices which were posted due to typing errors. In case this occurs the customer will be notified of price change and offered the opportunity to cancel the order. Prices shown on the web page do not include shipping unless otherwise noted.

Warranty: All parts are backed by the limited warranty extended by the parts' manufacturer. Parts returned for warranty will be exchanged or credited at our option. Maxi Muffler or the manufacturer will not back warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling, improper installation, abuse, neglect or accidents. Warranty claims apply to parts only, and do not cover labor, installation, towing or any other charges. No product is to be returned to Maxi Muffler without written authorization from Maxi Muffler. Warranty parts when required are to be returned to Maxi Muffler at purchaser's expense.

Returns: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please call to get written authorization before returning any item. Returns without written authorization will be refused. All products must be returned in unused, new condition and in the original packages. Lost packages are the responsibility of the carrier and a claim must be filed with them. In cases of lost shipments, at customer's request we will ship the product again and bill the customer. Upon notification from the carrier that the product has been located or notification that they were unable to locate the product and a credit has been issued to Maxi Muffler, at that time we will issue a refund or credit. Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Freight charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of sale.
